The Enneagram
The Enneagram is a personality tool that helps us uncover our hidden storylines and deep-rooted beliefs, motivations, fears, and core longings that hold us in unhealthy and unwanted patterns. These patterns were learned from a young age to help us make sense of and cope with adverse and sometimes traumatic experiences. Over time, these storylines become the lens through which we view the world, while our behaviors become the automatic and reactive behaviors that trap us in unhealthy lifestyle and relationship patterns. The Enneagram helps us to identify the storylines and emotionally reactive behavior patterns we are engaging in so we can break free from them and consciously engage in our lives from a place of wholeheartedness.
